FAQ

While we do not hold normal business hours, we are typically available from sun up to sun down, and are not available on Sundays. 

Please reach out with any questions regarding our hours or availability. 

We operate out of the greater Rockford, IL area and cover an area of Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. 

Yes, we accept reservations for all of our clients.  We do hold the right to ask for a down payment or partial payment. 

We accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle.  You can also pay by debit/credit through our invoicing system. 

Delivery times vary by project.  typically, our Real Estate shoots will deliver within 16-24 hours.  All other photo projects will vary on total number of photos, and how long it takes the client to choose their favorite images for delivery. 

If a scheduled photo shoot is canceled by the client within 48 hours, there is no charge.  All cancellations under 48 hours, with the exception of Real Estate shoots, will forfeit their downpayment.
